q: i don’t have a debit or credit card, bank account or paypal. How can I make a purchase?
a: sending cash through the mail is not the safest option in the world, and has to be done at your own risk, so message me if you have no other option. However, you should try to find someone who has a PayPal account, credit/debit card and have them make the purchase for you, and give them the cash in return.

q: how long until I receive my order?
a: All items are hand-created at the time of order - being hand-made, these things take time. Usually your order will be completed and shipped within a week. For orders within the USA, shipping takes 2-5 business days, and for orders outside of the USA, shipping can take 1-3 weeks. If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please send me a message. Note that if you order a custom item – delivery times may be longer depending upon my stock and materials on hand. Please note that these shipping estimates are business days and weekends don’t count.

for orders outside the USA, please expect up to 1-3 weeks.

q: i have not received my items, what can you do?
a: it is very rare for packages to be lost in the mail, but please make sure you have waited at least the allotted delivery time before contacting me about a package you haven’t received yet. If in doubt, you can request tracking and delivery confirmation and/or registered mail on your package for an extra $5. PLEASE NOTE: I will not accept responsibility or offer refunds for any standard mail reported unreceived.

q: my item has a defect.. can I have a refund, or can it be fixed?
a: i do not offer refunds on “defects” as online i cannot tell where the defect may have come from. i make sure to create everything with the utmost care and ship out items only up to my standards. however, things happen (we are all only human), so if your item has a defect, send it back and i’ll fix them up for you, FREE.
